Norris Conference Centers - San Antonio feaures a number of venues including the Red Oak Ballroom, the Balcones Heights Ballroom and the Crossroads Convention Center. This newest venue in the Norris chain opened in the fall of 2005.

Norris Conference Centers – San Antonio is modeled after our highly successful Austin & Houston conference centers. This meeting facility includes 6 meeting rooms, 3 dedicated breakout rooms, full internet access, audio/visual equipment, full lunch, dinner and break menus, and much more.

The Red Oak Ballroom in San Antonio offers two ballrooms. Red Oak Ballroom - A is 4,800 sq. f.t and Red Oak Ballroom - B is 13,500 sq. ft. Each elegantly designed room is perfect for weddings, wedding receptions, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, and other family events, as well as large corporate functions such as awards banquets and holiday parties.

The Balcones Heights Ballroom is a 3500 sq. ft. ballroom perfect for weddings, wedding receptions and other celebrations with 100 to 200 attendees.

Crossroads Convention Center is a 32,000 sq. f.t convention center designed to host trade shows as well as meetings and social events.

All of the meeting facilities, associated with Norris Conference Centers - San Antonio, are located at Crossroads Mall in Balcones Heights, TX, at the Crossroads of San Antonio, conveniently located at the intersection of IH 10 and IH 410 just west of the Airport.
