Each sound-proofed room has ergonomic seating, individual room thermostats and full spectrum lighting.&nbsp;</p> The business, which also offers menu and beverage service, is one of five Norris Conference Center locations in central Texas. <p>Norris is the latest business to debut in the CityCentre project in West Houston at the southeast corner of Interstate 10 and Beltway 8.
